According to her, each person can find his own approach to meditations and add them to his life to achieve inner harmony. A simple practice of guided visualization can be a good start.
She says, “Guided visualization is the process of following the sound with the music. This is necessary to achieve a state of deep relaxation of the body and peace of mind. At this stage, the mind stops worrying about the past or the future, and the person is completely immersed in the present, enjoying it.
