Motivation at work is an effective driver for developing employees and supporting their performance. Fourth: Creating a sense of belonging so that the employee adheres to the institution in which he works and his place, as he does not think about changing his place of work or moving to another institution; because of the appreciation, respect and support he receives.
Fifth: Improving the image of the institution in professional circles, and gaining it fame, which attracts qualified people to it; because employees will express their pride in belonging to this institution that values its qualified people.
