We find many of those who work in leadership fields turn into dictatorial authorities. Because they do not accept any objection or point of view that contradicts their orders and prohibitions from their subordinates.

The secret behind the leader's success lies in the nature of the relationship between him and the members of his group in making decisions for the benefit of the work. Consultation before giving any order or prohibition brings the leader and his group or team to the right path.
