First: Do not leave your tasks without a time limit. Press them into specific time periods, according to their importance and priority, and write that down in your daily tasks list by setting a start and end time for them.

Through this method, preparation is made for possible surprises and emergencies in our lives, such as visiting guests, illness or any other accident. Accordingly, the task at hand will be postponed according to:

1- Alternative plan 2- Avoidance and completion

Avoidance and completion can be achieved through:

Positive leisure time

Delegation of some tasks to others

Reducing certain times, such as sleeping, eating, or exercising...

Canceling some unnecessary tasks, such as practicing your favorite daily hobbies, for example.

With this, your dealings will be successful over time.
