The father should inform his child from a young age about the types of work, their peculiarities, their pros and cons, their difficulties, and how to confront them. This process will lead to the child being motivated and interested in certain works, which opens the way for the father to channel this impulsiveness into work that does not harm him physically or psychologically, but rather contributes to his growth and integration. The father should emphasize honorable actions that provide a free and honest life, and then the child’s competence and experience gradually increase with his age and development.
The dividing lines must be set regarding males and females and the responsibilities that each can bear according to their gender.
Efforts must be directed in general towards creating a good perception among children about work and production, and attention to piety and honor in order for the child to have a positive impression of these matters.
The father must be qualified for this role and have the required preparation.
