You should know that praise has a miraculous effect on the human soul. Everyone responds well to praise and is happy with it. All this is done with only simple words:
1- Make your praise sincere and non-routine, and single out the person you praise, and do not suck up or sweet talk.
2- Express your praise clearly and do not hesitate and do not assume that he knows that you praise him.
