Therefore, the child should not be blamed or reprimanded - for behavior that is contrary to morals, or for being a liar - before achieving his mental and emotional integration in his understanding of moral concepts, and his distinction between sensory matters and extractive concepts.

Children's obedience to decisions and their commitment to moral values entails their practical touch on the results of that commitment.
