With more than 25 million bicycles in the Netherlands and 1,2 million new ones sold every year, this country is considered a cyclist’s heaven.
The Dutch are so obsessed with bicycles that they can ride them everywhere. Most Dutch folks even have more than one bike — one old and rusty one for running everyday errands, and another new and expensive one for outings, work, etc.
